Welcome Health Seekers! We have designed a program to get you started on your wellness journey. In our 10 week program you will work one-on-one with a wellness coach and in groups with others like yourself, those with a goal,
those just starting out, and for many, those who just don’t know where to start. Your coach will set up opportunities to sample different types of exercise classes. You will learn and practice the components of healthy living: including proper nutrition, healthy leisure activities, exercise (intensity, frequency, form, type, cardio, muscle strengthening and endurance, flexibility, balance and stability). You will receive individual attention that focuses on your specific goal.
You will be asked to participate in at least one group exercise class per week with the group and non members will be granted a 10 week temporary membership included in their class fee.
