Adult Fitness Orientation
An introduction to a YMCA exercise program which includes an orientation of proper technique on Nautilus machines, free weights, and cardiovascular equipment. Fitness coaches will also help you design a personal program that meets your needs. This orientation is intended for new or current members.

Personal Training
Frustrated that you are not getting anywhere with your workouts? Feel like you need to be pushed to work harder? Just beginning a workout and want some individualized attention? This program is designed to meet your individual needs. Members Only!
Five sessions for $100

All Core!
Develop strength and stability from the inside out. Utilizing the stability and medicine balls, hand and ankle weights, and floor exercises. This class targets the abdominals and lower back muscles. This is a wonderful class for beginner as well as the "hard CORE".

Interval Challenge 3
This is a great class to get you going at noon to pump up your afternoon. Intervals of strength and muscle toning, along with cardio exercises gives you a total body workout. This class is recommended for intermediate or higher fitness levels.

Pilates
Develop long lean muscles and body awareness as you challenge your powerhouse. You will exercise your smaller, core muscles that support the bodies large muscle groups. After 50 minutes, you will feel revived, strong and stretched out. Varying degrees of difficulty make this a perfect class for all fitness levels.

Gentle Yoga & Age In Motion
A gentle class designed for a beginner, senior or someone who is looking for a class with modified postures and exercises. This class will strengthen, relieve stress and revive your body without the difficulty or strain on your back and knees.

Turbo Kick Boxing
An electrifying workout that combines that martial art discipline of Kick Boxing, sport drills and shadow boxing all rolled up into on addictive workout. You will leave feeling stress free and lighter in this FUN class!

Butts & Gutts
Burn fat and tone muscle while targeting the core and glute muscles.

Boot Camp
A good `ol fashion cardio boot camp style class that will sculpt your muscles, flatten your stomach and burn calories while having fun. This class is for all fitness levels.

Yoga
Each instructor brings his or her own personal style and expertise to each class. Postures will increase your strength, balance and flexibility while a breathing exercise will bring a sense of deep relaxation.

STEP
This class is a great workout with the fun music and instructor using the 'STEP'. Each class begins with a warm up, continuing to work into a perfect heart rate for fat burning, ending with a cool down and terrific abdominal work to flatten and tone your mid-section. This class is for all fitness levels.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi involves a series of choreographed moves that flow together like a slow motion dance done in precise order to facilitate fitness, relaxation, and mental relaxation. This class is for all fitness levels.

Indoor Cycling
A non-impact, high energy cardio ride on stationary bikes, simulating a road bike workout to music. Each instructor brings their own signature riding style to each class. You are sure to drop weight after adding Cycling to your exercise routine. Bikes are equipped for use with or without clips. Classes are limited to 12 participants. Please sign up for a bike at the front desk. Members do not need to pay extra for this class!

Shake-It-Up! (NEW!)
This class is so much fun, you won't even feel like you're exercising. You will move, wiggle, shake, dance and sweat like you haven't in years. You will look forward to your 'shake-it-up' class every week. This is a low impact workout for all fitness levels.

Muscle Tone (NEW!)
This total body workout sculpting every muscle including your abdominals. This is a non-impact class using dumbbells, bands and the resistant balls strengthening your muscle. This class is for all fitness levels.
