Our Fitness Center is 2,400 square feet containing cardio and Nautilus equipment along with free weights. There are fitness coaches available to help you design a work out plan or to answer any questions you may have during your workout. The YMCA also offers Youth Fitness, Teen Fitness, and Personal Fitness Program to help people of all ages learn to stay fit.

Adult Fitness Orientation
An introduction to a YMCA exercise program which includes an orientation of proper technique on Nautilus machines, free weights, and cardiovascular equipment. Fitness coaches will also help you design a personal program that meets your needs. This orientation is intended for new or current members.
